What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Any business that wants AI doing real work: solo owners, small teams, growing companies and established firms. If your team spends hours on repetitive work, AI can probably help.
Do I need to understand AI first?
Not at all. You know your business; I handle the technical side and explain it in plain English.
What if what I need isn’t on your list?
Ask anyway. If it involves software, data or AI, I can probably build it. If I can’t do it well, I’ll say so.
What happens to our data?
Before anything’s built, we agree in writing where your data lives, who can see it and which AI services, if any, can touch it. I’m happy to sign an NDA before the first visit.
What does it cost?
The first call is free and takes about an hour. If the project needs a proper plan, I quote a fixed fee for it up front. The build is scoped and priced in writing before any work starts.
How long does it take?
It depends on the job. The plan spells out what’s involved before you commit to anything.
What if AI isn’t the answer?
Then I won’t force it in. Sometimes a simpler process or better use of software you already pay for does more.
Do you work on site?
When it helps. Watching how your team actually works is usually where the best ideas come from.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The written scope lists the code, accounts, data and documentation you get at handover.
What if you’re unavailable?
What I build keeps running without me, and it’s documented well enough that another developer could pick it up.
